WHO YOU ARE

Prowess Consulting is looking for a Graphic Designer, experienced with internal employee communications, to create clear, engaging, and scalable visual assets that make complex Total Rewards programs with a leading tech company easy to understand. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at translating dense, information-heavy content into simple, compelling visual storytelling. You bring a strong foundation in editorial and systems design, with the ability to create both one-off assets and repeatable templates that scale across programs. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating closely with writers and project managers to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

No third-party agencies, please. In this role, you can work primarily within your local time zone, with occasional availability needed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities

- Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides
- Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns
- Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives
- Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards
- Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables

Qualifications and Expectations

- Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches
- Experience with designing for enterprise or internal communications programs preferred
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas
- Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats
- Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around consistency, formatting, and accessibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

- The offered pay range for this position is $75,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
