DESCRIPTION
You should be comfortable working in AI-accelerated workflows, leveraging modern AI design tools, rapid prototyping environments, and “vibe coding” approaches to quickly explore, test, and refine ideas. This is an opportunity to deepen your craft, expand your strategic thinking, and help shape the next generation of AI-powered solutions.

Key job responsibilities
- Bring concepts to life through a range of mediums, prototypes, motion, video, high-fidelity visuals, and emerging tools including AI-driven design and prototyping platforms.

- Work confidently in ambiguity, using both human insight and AI-assisted exploration to generate and evaluate divergent concepts—and find the signals worth going deeper on.
- Stay informed on evolving customer needs, industry shifts, and technology trends—including the growing role of AI—to help shape design strategies that are forward-looking and grounded in real value.
- Synthesize large volumes of inputs—user research, product signals, technical constraints, and system behaviors—into clear, meaningful, and actionable experience frameworks.
- Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a culture of feedback and experimentation, while also working independently to move ideas from sketch to production.
- Communicate design direction, strategy, and outcomes clearly and persuasively, leveraging storytelling, visuals, and—when relevant—interactive demos or AI-generated simulations.
