The Mansion:
The Mansion Hill Inn invites you to join a trailblazing movement in hospitality. Nestled in the heart of Madison’s Mansion Hill district, our inn alchemizes luxury lodging and historic splendor to create an unforgettable retreat for our guests. The Role:
As a Guest Services Associate, you bring the vision of meaningful hospitality to the fabric of everyday operations at the Mansion. Our Guest Services Associates embody their love of service by being wholly present for each of our guests. They have a talent for anticipating guest needs and providing skillful, prompt assistance. First-rate lodging ceases to be just about enjoying luxurious amenities after being held in the care of one of our exceptional innkeepers. By joining our team of gracious hosts, you would be responsible for the following tasks.
- Provide and clean up breakfast service
- Oversee the cleanliness of the inn’s common areas
- Assist with housekeeping and inspect rooms
- Maintain reservation records using hotel software
- Use hospitality software to create and modify bookings
- Check guests in and out
- Provide active service throughout shift (this will include lifting objects up to 25 pounds)
- Assisting with luggage and valet cars
- Respond to inquiries over the phone and via email
- Keep a working knowledge of the bar menu
- Offer recommendations to local bars, restaurants, and venues in the Madison area

Compensation
$20 hour
The Schedule
We are currently seeking flexible part-time Guest Services Associates. Rotating weekend and evening availability upon request.
