SDS Commercial is looking for Head of Property Operations to oversee property management operations across our SDS portfolio of commercial and residential multi-family properties. The Head of Property Operations is a new leadership role overseeing property management operations, which includes overseeing leasing, tenant relations, occupancy, operational systems, marketing, regular reporting, site-level coordination, and myriad other projects to keep properties full, compliant, and running smoothly. This role partners closely with our other property management department heads - Head of Maintenance, Head of Accounting, Head of Construction & Project Management, and the Ridpath Site Manager.

> Applicant Criteria:

• Educational Attainment: Bachelors degree or higher, strongly desired.
• Work Experience: Experience in an operations role or property management is a significant plus, but not necessarily required.

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
