This role is responsible for building a high-performing HR function focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while strengthening company culture and broadening the organization’s people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the HR function
- Lead and communicate competitive benefits programs that support talent attraction and retention
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company values and measuring alignment across the organization
- Establish performance metrics to drive productivity and continuous improvement
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the HR team
- Design and implement processes across recruiting, retention, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on employee development, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Manage and align HR budgets to support company growth and strategic initiatives
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decisions related to training, compensation, and workforce planning
- Maintain competitive compensation structures to attract and retain high-performing talent
- Monitor industry and workforce trends to proactively shape HR strategy
