Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our growing team serving Southern New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern Maine.
This role is ideal for an inspector who is newly or recently licensed, an experienced inspector looking for a better fit, or a licensed inspector relocating to the area from another state.
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical inspection skills with excellent client communication. The right candidate can confidently evaluate a home’s systems and clearly explain findings to clients in a calm, approachable, and professional manner.
Our inspections are highly client-focused. We value inspectors who can build trust, communicate complex issues clearly, and represent the company professionally with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive residential home inspections of interior and exterior components
- Evaluate structural systems, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, ventilation, and major home systems
- Identify safety concerns, defects, and material deficiencies
- Prepare clear, thorough, and well-written inspection reports
- Communicate findings professionally with clients both during and after inspections
- Answer client questions and help buyers understand the condition of the home without creating unnecessary alarm
- Represent the company professionally with clients and real estate professionals

Qualifications:
- Licensed Home Inspector in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts or willing to pursue licensure due to relocation
- Additional Licensing for Radon from NRSB or NRPP (Preferred - Not Required )
- Knowledge of residential construction, home systems, and building practices
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Comfortable with technology and inspection software
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Home inspectors spend much of their day traveling between properties and working in varying weather conditions. The role requires climbing ladders, entering crawlspaces and attics, and navigating tight or challenging areas safely.
