INTRODUCTION
We are looking for an experienced Application Training Materials Developer to design and develop high-quality training content that supports application adoption for internal teams and external clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design end-to-end training solutions for new/existing applications
- Create user guides, process playbooks, QRGs, job aids, system simulations, and training decks
- Develop role-based learning paths for operations, implementation, account management, and client users
- Translate complex technical workflows into simple, user-friendly training content
- Partner with SMEs, Product Owners, Technology & Operations teams
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
- Maintain content governance, templates, version control, and compliance standards
- Continuously improve training content based on feedback and system changes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–7+ years in Training Development / Instructional Design
- Strong technical writing and editing skills
- Experience creating application/system training documentation
- Familiarity with AI or modern tools for documentation & learning content creation
- Healthcare domain experience is mandatory
- Experience supporting implementation / migration projects preferred
