Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, telemarketing, and retail sales environments
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend appropriate health and life insurance products
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking sales progress
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining benefits administration procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect sensitive health information during all interactions
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes and benefits administration is preferred
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable policies
- Experience working within customer service environments, emphasizing clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to health information privacy is a plus

Pay: $83,584.95 - $100,661.45 per year
