Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise MDM applications and integration services.
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard Edition, including data models, entities, transactions, matching processes, and batch processing.
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications, JSP components, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Implement and support Apache Kafka integrations, including topics, producers, consumers, message processing, and troubleshooting.

- Lead unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Support Change Requests (RFCs), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management using Git/GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, SEM/SUITE, application security, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership and independently resolve complex production issues.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
