- Application & Vendor Support: Deliver Tier 2/3 operational support for vendor-supplied non-financial and model risk applications.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Perform root-cause analysis on application defects, data pipeline issues, and system bugs.
- Incident Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for technical issues, SLAs, and routine platform maintenance.
- Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams, risk stakeholders, and software vendors with concise updates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of application support experience, ideally within risk technology or financial services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated accountability and vendor management experience.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python or Java) are highly desirable.
