We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a dynamic Technology team supporting Client Technology and Data & Analytics initiatives within the investment management domain. This team is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of technical platforms that enable client billing operations, financial close support, AUM & flows reporting, client reporting, analytics, and other strategic technology initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, performance, resilience, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, including frontend, middle tier, backend, data engineering, and cloud-based systems. You will help build and maintain distributed, data-intensive applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain distributed, data-intensive systems and applications
- Work with technologies such as Java, Python, Angular, Snowflake, and related frameworks
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of applications supporting billing and AUM & flows reporting
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Develop user-friendly frontend interfaces and intuitive user experiences
- Build and manage APIs, server-side logic, and database schemas
- Engineer and maintain data pipelines from source systems into Snowflake
- Partner with analytics and data science teams to deliver clean and reliable data for reporting and AI/ML initiatives
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to manage multiple functions and initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with modern software engineering across frontend, backend, and data platforms
- Self-driven mindset with curiosity, initiative, and ownership
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer
- Typically 9+ years of relevant experience
