INTRODUCTION

As a Junior Azure Platform Engineer, you will assist in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure. This junior-level role involves working with senior engineers to ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Azure environments. You will gain hands-on experience with various Azure services, automation tools, and DevOps practices, contributing to the efficient deployment and management of cloud resources.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3+ years of related experience is required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in one of the scripting programming languages (e.g., Powershell, Python)
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Cloud Infrastructure, and Azure SQL
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, & Change Management best practice
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Access Control, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Familiarity with Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
- Basic understanding of RESTful API concepts
- Knowledge of container-based technologies & Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Basic understanding of Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Load Balancers
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM
