SALARY
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the project team, driving creativity and innovation to meet client needs and address design and construction challenges.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including transportation, environmental, and stormwater teams, to ensure comprehensive project solutions.
- Coordinate the planning and organization of workflow, offering technical oversight for various project components. Assist in preparing design calculations, details, and specifications, while also supporting plan reviews and modifications.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Foster a team-oriented and action-driven approach.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with a keen eye for growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Effectively coach and mentor team members, fostering professional development and success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of eight years of experience in civil land development.
- At least three years of experience as a lead designer on projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Land Desktop or similar design software, with demonstrated capability to conduct quality reviews.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio or the ability to obtain registration shortly after starting; additional state registrations are a plus.
