We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Maintenance Technician I and Maintenance Technician II for two of our Kansas City properties. This successful candidate must demonstrate skill in: *Plumbing, Electrical, Finish Carpentry, and have fine tuned problem solving abilities. HVAC is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have your own task appropriate tools.
- Skilled in minor electrical repairs, drywall patching, minor plumbing replacements and repair, and finish carpentry repairs.
- Must possess a positive personality and good customer service skills.
- Must be bondable, dependable, and absolutely drug free.
- Required experience:
- General Apartment Maintenance: 3 years
Experience and Skill Dictate the Salary range:
$23.00 per hour - $26.00
