Position consists of General Repair and Maintenance of a portfolio of properties located in the Philadelphia. We are seeking a detailed oriented maintenance technician with exceptional diagnostics and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. We are looking for someone with general knowledge of repairs. Technician will be completing work orders for rental units, including residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of building maintenance at multiple properties (all within a 2-3 miles radius)
- Inspect and prepare vacant units for apartment turnover
- Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
Qualifications:
- Candidate will (preferably) have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance
- Deadline and detailed oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Tools required to complete repairs
- Cell phone for receiving work orders, clocking in and out, and communicating with management and tenants.
