Core Responsibilities
- Recommendation Product Strategy: Assist in both developing and executing the product strategy for our AI/ML-driven recommendation solutions in the Growth domains, ensuring alignment with Comcast’s overall goals and objectives.
- Product Roadmap: Create, manage, and socialize a clear product roadmap, with ability to refine enhancements and feature prioritization based on stakeholder feedback and feasibility/constraints raised by the engineering teams.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence in the AI/ML landscape.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect, refine, and formalize product requirements by both engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Product Launch: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, Growth Strategy, Customer Experience, Analytics, and PMO, to ensure the successful delivery of AI/ML products.
- Product Development: Act as a steward for the AI/ML product delivery process, serving as the voice of the business while partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the development process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches.
- Success Metric Identification & Experimentation Strategies: Partner with the business to define success KPIs, establish experimentation strategies with Analytics, and monitor performance to drive continuous optimization.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
