Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support the VP of Patient Access and Communication. This individual will assist in a variety of areas including marketing initiatives, employee engagement activities, and external customer service communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients via telephone, website, Facebook, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Develop, design, and maintain patient-facing materials such as brochures, flyers, and handouts
- Coordinate with external vendors and representatives to support and organize participation in community events (e.g., charity walks, galas, health fairs)
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement and appreciation events
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across communication platforms
- Track and report on project progress and engagement metrics
