Job Description: Join our Team: Finaler Lead - 2nd Shift Watertown, SD
Join our team at Terex Utilities and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Finaler Lead to contribute to the Terex team in Watertown, SD. What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Capable of working from drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns
- Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner
- Install unit vehicle components and accessories
- Set up jigs and fixtures
- Basic computer usage
- Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
- Comply with Terex quality standards through error prevention and by meeting such requirements with zero defects
- Follow and promote The Terex Way Values
- Function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Perform other job functions as needed
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
- Physical ability to work under, on, and around truck chassis and truck bodies
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience working with hydraulics/electrical/fabrication
- Capable of operating a variety of hand and power tools
- Possess ability to problem-solve
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Previous work experience in fields such as mechanical/construction/carpentry

The compensation range for this position is $22.00-$23.50 per hour.
