We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house renovations, additions, decks, and other premium remodeling projects. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate qualified leads for home remodeling and home services companies through paid media, automation, and CRM workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media & Automation Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns, lead generation funnels, and marketing automation.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working with home remodeling, home services, construction, contractors, or similar local service-based businesses. The right candidate must have experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GoHighLevel.

GoHighLevel experience is required for this role. Candidates without GoHighLevel experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Build campaigns focused on qualified leads, booked appointments, and conversion performance.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing.
• Write and test ad copy for lead generation campaigns.
• Track performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, booked appointments, and campaign ROI.
• Manage GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, tags, funnels, workflows, and lead nurture automations.
• Build and improve follow-up sequences to ensure every lead is captured and contacted.
• Support automation workflows using GoHighLevel, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Work directly with ownership to improve lead generation, campaign performance, and marketing systems.
• Provide regular performance updates with insights and recommendations.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Required experience with GoHighLevel.
• Experience creating and managing lead generation campaigns.
• Experience working with home remodeling, home services, construction, contractors, or local service-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of funnels, CRM workflows, retargeting, and lead nurture.
• Comfortable tracking CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, booked appointments, and campaign performance.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bellevue, WA.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Local Services Ads.
• Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend or contractor software.
• Experience coordinating with content creators or marketing support teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on paid media specialist with strong experience generating leads for home remodeling or home services companies. They understand how to manage ads, optimize funnels, use GoHighLevel, and improve lead follow-up systems.

This person should be data-driven, organized, and focused on generating qualified leads and booked appointments, not just traffic or impressions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
