Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview
Live Wellness Center is seeking high-performing, compassionate, and professionally driven therapists to join our growing private practice. We are an owner-operated practice offering the flexibility of private practice with the support, accountability, and professional standards of an established clinical organization.
We recognize that excellent therapists have different career goals, so we offer two compensation pathways while maintaining high expectations for clinical quality, professionalism, reliability, and performance.
Compensation Options
Pay-Per-ClientReceive a predetermined amount for each completed session. You know what you will be paid without waiting for individual insurance claims to reimburse. This is a simple, predictable option for therapists who want greater business support.
Percentage-BasedReceive a percentage of collected revenue while investing in applicable business expenses. Your structure is based on the level of support you choose, giving you greater control over your earning potential and business services. Therapists may also have opportunities to grow toward greater independence over time.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy within your areas of competency
- Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based and clinically appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Meet ethical, HIPAA, insurance, and documentation requirements
- Maintain professional and reliable communication with clients and the team
- Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities consistently
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or another qualifying behavioral-health discipline
- Appropriate Ohio behavioral-health license or license eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, high-quality care
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, reliability, and accountability
- Consistent follow-through with documentation and administrative responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to receive feedback, take initiative, and work independently while remaining a collaborative team member
Experience or interest in ADHD, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, children and adolescents, couples and families, neurodivergence, grief, or other specialty areas is welcomed.
