Join our collegial, professional and compassionate nephrology team at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking a patient-focused General Nephrologist to provide much needed specialized care to our patients suffering from a plethora of kidney-related ailments.
Position Details:
- Work-life balance with standard schedule and shared call coverage amongst the entire nephrology team
- Split inpatient and outpatient coverage at Eskenazi with occasional rounding at AHC
- Patients with AKI, CKD, ESRD and various other kidney-related ailments
- AHC - 85% of time, 15% will be at Eskenazi, South or East.
- Dialysis and clinic outreach in outlying, suburban communities
- Faculty appointment with the Indiana University School of Medicine with expectation to educate and supervise residents and fellows, with research opportunities available if desired
Qualifications
- Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Nephrology
- Internal Medicine residency & Nephrology fellowship completions
- New graduates or experienced physicians encouraged to apply
- Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Visa sponsorship available; H1B only
