This job location is NOT currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking to add a new Nephrologist to our team at our clinic at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital.
Requirements
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Internal Medicine with subspecialty certified in Nephrology
- Preferred years of experience: 5 years minimum
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Physician Assistant credentialed from the Tennessee Committee on Physicians Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience preferred.
