As an experienced Core Infrastructure Support - Network Administrator you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supporting enterprise core network infrastructure across data center environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions, preferably VMware VeloCloud.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage Palo Alto firewalls for security, policy enforcement, and traffic control.
- Support F5 load balancers for application delivery and traffic distribution.
- Design and support LAN/WAN connectivity for branches, campus, and enterprise networks.
- Monitor and optimize bandwidth, latency, throughput, and overall network performance.
- Support data center network architecture across core, distribution, and access layers.
- Maintain secure connectivity between enterprise sites and hosted environments.
- Perform capacity planning, health checks, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, firewall, and load balancing issues.
- Use monitoring tools to proactively track infrastructure health and identify issues.
- Manage incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow.
- Support high availability and disaster recovery for critical network services.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in network administration and enterprise network support.
- Industry certifications in 3 or more of the following: CCNA, CCNP, VeloCloud, F5, and Palo Alto.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in 24x7 production support / enterprise infrastructure support environments is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
