This is a highly dynamic, strategic leadership position designed for a visionary expert who thrives at the intersection of science, innovation, and operational execution.
As Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our Immuno-Oncology and CAGT portfolio, partnering with biotech innovators to bring breakthrough therapies to patients faster. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence high-impact decisions across complex clinical programs, drive operations across a rapidly growing book of work, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
We are seeking a leader with a deep grounding in both CRO and biotech environments—someone who understands the agility and urgency of biotech, combined with the operational rigor and scalability of a CRO. Your experience allows you to anticipate client needs, navigate evolving scientific landscapes, and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field required
- Requires an experienced clinical operations leader, with greater than 15 years clinical research experience in GCP and drug development including 10 years of leadership experience including multi-regional and global focus or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience and knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with operational and strategic experience. Demonstrable people leadership skills coupled with the ability to motivate teams and lead by example. Leading in a complex environment, whilst being flexible and agile to changing needs are critical success factors.
- Requires advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
- Business Acumen - High degree of business acumen, coupled with the ability to drive productivity and achieve financial goals, whilst quality & delivery is maintained. Drive innovation, process improvement and adoption of innovative technologies as part of Core. Balance operational and strategic priorities, with an ability to think/act strategically, establishing a vision, execution and adjustment.
- Financial management - Knowledge of clinical research financial parameters and project financial tracking and accounting methods.
- Therapeutic expertise - In depth knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines In depth technical and/or therapeutic expertise and knowledge of study, project and drug development processes.
- Communication skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong command of English language. Strong presentation skills.
- People leadership - Highly effective team leadership skills. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Customer Management - Excellent customer service skills: active listening, assertive communication, ability to compromise, influence and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Collaboration - Sound judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients. Proven ability to work through others in a global matrix environment to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
- IT literate - Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
COMPENSATION
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $173,600.00 - $483,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
