We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our landscaping and maintenance services. This role involves managing crews, scheduling jobs, ensuring quality control, and optimizing operations to maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in landscaping, logistics, or operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to company standards.
• Manage, schedule, and coordinate landscaping crews and maintenance teams.
• Work closely with clients to address needs, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring proper servicing and repairs.
• Monitor inventory of tools, materials, and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Train and mentor employees to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed on all job sites.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and cost management to maintain profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment, materials, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in basic computer software for scheduling and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
