Best Bay Logistics is a fast-growing transportation, logistics, and real estate organization with operations across the United States. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

This is much more than a traditional office manager role. You'll serve as the operational backbone of our office while supporting leadership with scheduling, marketing initiatives, event planning, recruiting coordination, vendor management, and countless day-to-day projects that keep our business running smoothly.

Responsibilities Office Operations

• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
• Coordinate vendors, deliveries, maintenance, and office supplies
• Plan office events, team lunches, celebrations, and meetings
• Maintain conference rooms and common areas

Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage executive calendars and scheduling
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up
• Handle confidential information with professionalism
• Support leadership with special projects and administrative tasks

Marketing & Communications

• Assist with social media content and scheduling
• Coordinate company marketing materials
• Help organize company branding initiatives
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement
• Support recruiting and employer branding efforts

Project Coordination

• Run local business errands when needed
• Coordinate appointments and vendors
• Track project deadlines and follow up with team members
• Help improve office processes and workflows
• Jump into new projects as business needs evolve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office management, executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, or social media management is a plus
• Event planning or marketing experience is a bonus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
