Location: Tulsa, OK
Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center
Department/Specialty: Renal Transplant
Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
What You Will Do:
- Continuum of care: seamless transitions, fewer delays
- Liaison role: stronger collaboration and patient-centered care
- Treatment coordination: better outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Data tracking: evidence-based improvements and efficiency
- Under-insured support: reduced health disparities and equitable access
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences:
- This position will focus on pre-transplant patients, although there will be some cross training working with post-transplant patients.
- Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills a must
- BSN or higher preferred
- Critical Care experience a plus
- 3+ years RN experience
