LOCATION: Zionsville, IN
Facility: Ascension Medical Group Clinic
Department: Family and Pediatrics Medicine
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
What You Will Do:
- Lead the front-of-house team by providing daily guidance and mentorship to patient coordinators, ensuring our service standards are consistently met.
- Orchestrate the daily patient flow by managing staff assignments and troubleshooting scheduling hurdles to keep the waiting room running smoothly.
- Master the clinical intake process by serving as the expert liaison for complex insurance authorizations and registration issues, ensuring no patient's care is delayed by paperwork.
- Support operational excellence by coordinating with physicians and clinical staff to align the front desk’s activities with the day’s medical priorities.
What You Will Need:
Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
- Prefer CCMA or clinical experience
- Billing experience preferred but not required
