INTRODUCTION
Join Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus where research and surgery are advanced, technology is leading-edge, patient care is world class and caregivers are family. Here, you will work alongside a passionate and dedicated team, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.
As a Registered Nurse, you will partner with fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care from the first introduction through discharge. This role offers meaningful, direct interaction with patients, families, and visitors, providing education, support, and guidance throughout the care experience. Cleveland Clinic is deeply committed to nursing excellence and professional growth, offering robust development resources including continuing education, certification support, and online and in-person learning opportunities to help you advance your skills and career.
This position supports the outpatient pediatric clinic at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus, a dynamic environment featuring 59 exam rooms organized into five pods and nursing stations. The clinic serves general pediatrics as well as all pediatric subspecialties at main campus, with each subspecialty aligned to a designated pod and supported by a dedicated primary nursing team (LPNs and MAs/CTs). In this role, you will work closely with providers in dermatology to prepare patients for visits, assist with in-clinic procedures, deliver patient and family education, and support daily clinical operations.
You will also collaborate with the nursing team to manage clinical in-basket responsibilities, including MyChart messages, prior authorizations, medication refills, and scheduling inquiries. This is a developing and evolving role, ideal for an RN who is adaptable, open to change, and eager to support both provider and patient needs. While primarily based at Main Campus, there may be opportunities to support providers at regional locations on scheduled dates to ensure continuity and high-quality care.
