Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing, outpatient-focused practice in Western Kentucky. Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $350,000
• Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a productivity-based wRVU model
• 2.5% quality bonus opportunity
• $36,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment, or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment, to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
• Relocation assistance: up to $15,000

PRACTICE DETAILS

The incoming physician will:

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic endocrine disorders
• Collaborate with APPs, primary care physicians, and specialists
• Participate in quality initiatives and department goals
• Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care

Call expectations are flexible and to be discussed based on the coverage model.
