The Business Analyst and Product Owner to support Credit Administration in the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the nCino platform. Reporting to the SVP, Credit Manager, this role bridges Credit Administration, lending teams, IT, and nCino — owning the platform roadmap, translating credit policy into system configurations, managing the full project lifecycle, and driving data-driven insights across the lending operation.
Product Vision & Roadmap
- Own and communicate the nCino product roadmap aligned to Susser Bank’s strategic lending goals, maintaining a prioritized backlog that reflects business value and regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex credit and operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans in partnership with the SVP, Credit Manager and executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Credit Administration, lending, compliance, IT, and nCino, facilitating regular reviews, demos, and feedback sessions to drive platform adoption.
- Build strong relationships with nCino customer success and professional services teams to leverage platform best practices and stay current on the product roadmap.
- Partner with IT to manage the nCino implementation lifecycle — scope, project planning, resource coordination, milestone tracking, UAT, training, and go-live — ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate across Credit Administration, IT, Operations, Compliance, and nCino professional services; proactively manage risks, vendor relationships, and change management to drive successful adoption.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and manage a governance framework for ongoing platform enhancements.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; provide clear acceptance criteria and make real-time prioritization decisions to maintain team velocity.
- Track and report sprint metrics, release progress, and platform KPIs to keep leadership informed and stakeholders aligned.
- Oversee configuration of nCino modules including LOS, Treasury Management, Portfolio Analytics, and nCino IQ; govern configuration changes, data standards, and integration touchpoints (core banking, credit bureau, e-signature).
- Evaluate and recommend adoption of new nCino features and managed package releases; coordinate UAT planning, test coverage, and sign-off for all enhancements.
- Design and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using nCino IQ and Portfolio Analytics, monitoring KPIs including pipeline velocity, exception rates, portfolio concentration, and covenant compliance.
- Partner with Credit Administration and Finance on data models supporting loan review, credit stress testing, and CECL; serve as the subject matter expert on nCino data architecture to ensure integrity across all reporting outputs.
- Identify trends and opportunities within lending and credit data, translating findings into backlog priorities; support data migration by defining mapping standards and validating data quality.
- Ensure nCino workflows, credit memo templates, approval hierarchies, and covenant tracking reflect Susser Bank’s credit policy and regulatory requirements (OCC, FDIC, HMDA, CRA, BSA/AML, etc.).
- Maintain audit-ready process documentation and configuration records to support internal audit, loan reviews, and regulatory examinations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on nCino experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, or Platform Administrator.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology projects through full lifecycle delivery.

Product Analyst Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a product analyst job in Dallas?
Focus your search on Dallas's fintech cluster along the Uptown corridor, the healthcare technology firms in the Medical District, and the enterprise software companies anchored in Las Colinas and Plano. Candidates who combine SQL proficiency with experience in agile product teams move fastest here. Familiarity with tools like Tableau or Amplitude and a portfolio showing measurable product decisions gives you a clear edge over generalist applicants in this market.
Which companies hire product analysts in Dallas?
Employers hiring product analysts in Dallas right now include Goldman Sachs, Copart, and Affirm, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Dallas draws a mix of large financial services firms, regional health systems, and fast-growing technology companies, all of which maintain dedicated product analytics functions.
Are there remote product analyst jobs in Dallas?
Yes, product analyst work is well-suited to remote and hybrid arrangements because the role is primarily desk-based and analytical rather than on-site. About 17% of product analyst openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting broader industry norms for this role type. Cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers in Dallas offices is often the part that pulls analysts back on-site.
How can I get a product analyst job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is through analyst or business intelligence associate roles at mid-size fintech companies and regional banks, which regularly hire candidates who demonstrate strong data skills even without formal product experience. Target rotational programs at companies like AT&T or larger healthcare systems in the Medical District, or look for junior data analyst positions that feed into product teams. A project in your portfolio showing user behavior analysis or funnel metrics makes a concrete case where a resume alone cannot.
Which industries hire the most product analysts in Dallas?
Dallas product analyst roles concentrate in Investment & Asset Management, Automotive, and Fashion & Apparel, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Dallas's position as a major financial services hub, combined with its growing healthcare technology sector and the enterprise technology campuses in the northern suburbs, drives consistent demand for product analysts who can work with large-scale data and cross-functional teams.
