Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum across engagements.
Provide executive oversight on complex, high-value, or high-visibility projects.

Directly manage and develop the Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
Provide delivery leadership and operational guidance across Account Management through planning, workflow coordination, project governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Foster strong partnerships between Project Management, Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Development teams.
Operational Excellence
Audit and continuously improve delivery processes to create a more scalable, efficient, and predictable client experience.
Design and implement standardized methodologies for project planning, resource management, status reporting, documentation, quality assurance, and risk management.
Improve forecasting, capacity planning, workload balancing, and resource utilization across the practice.
Partner with Practice Leadership to ensure projects are appropriately scoped, staffed, and positioned for successful delivery and profitability.
AI, Automation & Microsoft 365 Integration
