JAMNOLA is New Orleans’ premier immersive cultural attraction — a 10,000 sq. ft. celebration of the art, music, food, and spirit that make this city unlike anywhere else. We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to help drive awareness, grow our audience, and bring strategic focus to everything we put in front of the public.
This is a hands-on role at the center of our marketing operation. You’ll work directly with our President to shape strategy, own the marketing calendar, and coordinate across our internal team and external partners to execute campaigns that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
– Work directly with the President and team to develop and execute JAMNOLA’s annual strategic marketing plan.
– Own and manage the marketing calendar — keeping campaigns, activations, and content on schedule across all channels.
– Manage the relationship with our ad agency — briefing campaigns, reviewing creative, and ensuring spend is delivering results.
– Identify and develop cross-promotional partnerships with local businesses, venues, and organizations to extend JAMNOLA’s reach across the city.
– Collaborate with our social media consultant to plan content calendars and maintain a consistent, on-brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
– Work with our Digital Experience Manager on email campaigns — list management, audience segmentation, and copy that connects with our guests.
– Oversee on-ground content production including video and social captures that bring the JAMNOLA experience to life beyond our walls.
– Run weekly marketing and team meetings — agendas, notes, and follow-through on action items.
What We’re Looking For
– Deep familiarity with New Orleans — its culture, community, and business landscape.
– 3–5 years of marketing experience in attractions, hospitality, entertainment, or a related field.
– Proven ability to develop and manage marketing plans that drive traffic and revenue.
– Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, and major social platforms. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
– Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
Compensation & Details
– $49,920
– Discretionary bonus program
– 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
– In-office position — 940 Frenchmen Street, New Orleans
