THE JOB:
As a Print Production Specialist at MGM National Harbor, you’ll bring the property to life through bold visuals, eye-catching signage, and high-impact print work seen by thousands of guests every day. If you love turning ideas into reality and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment—this is your stage.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Own the full production lifecycle—from concept to final install—across two on-property print rooms
- Print, finish, and install signage and materials that support events, promotions, and daily operations
- Manage a high-volume request queue, juggling multiple deadlines and quick-turn projects
- Ensure top-tier quality with hands-on inspections, color accuracy, and flawless execution
- Partner with internal teams to bring creative visions to life and recommend best production solutions
- Coordinate with external vendors, manage quotes, and decide when to outsource vs. produce in-house
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly
- Track budgets, estimate costs, and help deliver projects on time and within budget
- Troubleshoot production challenges in real time like a pro
- Stay flexible—supporting exciting activations, events, and weekend production needs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 21 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in print production

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$54,600.00 - $76,500.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
