Job Summary:
Xerox is hiring a Print Production Floater to support operations across Tukwila and Everett sites. This role requires travel between locations and flexibility to cover both first and second shifts. This role will serve as a relief team member, providing coverage as needed on both first and second shifts. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, willing to work varying schedules depending on business needs, and comfortable traveling between locations.
Shifts:
- First Shift - 7:00AM to 3:30 PM
- Second Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:45PM
- Days off will be assigned weekly and may vary depending on shift coverage and operational needs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide delivery of contracted services at Boeing.
- Produce Premask, Stencil, Wetpen and Scribe ship sets per paint hanger schedule.
- Produce High Accuracy Plots per distributed requests.
- Deploy service solutions that meet agreed upon Standards of Performance (SOP) and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Provide requested data within the timeframes outlined in the contract.
- Provide requested data within the allowable error rates outlined in the contract.
- Achieve business objectives (PEP), identify and resolve shortfalls and issues.

- Maintain required learning deployed by Boeing.
