Our Professional Services team leads the implementation of cutting-edge analytics projects with industry-leading insurance companies and banks around the world. In this role, you will work closely with client-side pricing and leadership teams to develop data-based models that inform strategic business decisions, as well as software and product development activities.
This role is based in Texas, supporting our regional clients, and is part of our North America team headquartered in Boston, MA.
What you'll do
- Work directly with North American clients to turn data into decisions that matter.
- Build predictive models that explain and anticipate customer behavior across risk, demand, and pricing.
- Design pricing and decisioning strategies that create real business impact—and get to value fast.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams by turning complex analytics into clear, actionable direction.
- Lead sharp, compelling technical presentations that show how Earnix drives outcomes, not just insights.
- Push for fast adoption of Earnix solutions—removing friction, solving problems, and accelerating time-to-value.
- Help clients get up and running quickly through training, enablement, and hands-on support.
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and sales conversations that win deals by making value obvious.
- Work at the intersection of analytics, product, and strategy—helping shape how Earnix evolves in banking and insurance.

Requirements:
You’ll do it using:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end analytics or technology implementation projects in client-facing environments.
- Experience in the insurance industry and previous exposure to analytics within pricing is a plus
- Strong background in data science, BI, statistical analysis, or economic/management consulting.
- Hands-on experience with modern data science tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
- Strong communicator—able to simplify complex ideas clearly in writing, presentations, and client conversations.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and driving outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across North America and globally as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Understanding of system integration concepts and machine learning methods.
- Experience in insurance or banking, especially in pricing, deposits, or lending analytics.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
Salary Range:
$ 85,000-110,000 per year
