Los Angeles hiring concentrates in construction and real estate development along the Wilshire Corridor, defense and aerospace in the South Bay, and infrastructure and public works tied to regional transit expansion. Candidates who understand local permitting processes, have experience with CalTrans or municipal agencies, or hold a PE license stand out. Targeting mid-size general contractors and large defense primes in El Segundo and Torrance gives the best entry points into the market.
