Key Responsibilities
· Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
· Coordinate and communicate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and
stakeholders.
· Manage submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and change orders.
· Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
· Facilitate on-site problem-solving and ensure e/icient project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or
equivalent experience.
· Experience in managing construction projects or assisting with project tasks.
· Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procedures, and safety
regulations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft O/ice Suite.
