Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
• Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols across sites.
• Read blueprints to verify project specifications and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage project budgets using HeavyBid or comparable cost management tools while tracking expenses against forecasts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure construction schedule coordination.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for internal teams and clients.

Skills

• Bilingual Preferred
• Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and project scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Skilled in construction site experience.
• Expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating contracts, project documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
