Role description
Technical Program Management with AEM Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross functional execution across AEM engineering UX QA SRE and business teams
- Plan and manage roadmaps milestones dependencies and risks for AEM initiatives
- Maintain strong technical understanding of AEM Sites Assets components workflows to guide delivery decisions
- Coordinate release planning and environment readiness with SRE teams
- Ensure quality accessibility and compliance requirements are met before production releases
- Provide clear status reporting risk escalation and stakeholder communication
- Define and track program health metrics and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience with AEM cloud
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sites Assets Sling OSGi and Dispatcher
- Proven experience in integrating AIML services into AEM environments
- Proficiency in Java Lightly Sling Models OSGi JCR Maven Git
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and external service integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation range: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
