Responsibilities

As an Attorney Backed Agent®, you will:

• Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, and potential clients
• Use approved Attorney Backed Agents® language, systems, and marketing materials
• Educate clients on the benefits of attorney-backed real estate support
• Identify transaction questions or concerns that may need attorney involvement
• Attend required onboarding and training
• Follow brand standards for communication, marketing, and client care
• Build your local real estate business using a stronger client value proposition
• Represent Attorney Backed Agents® professionally in your market
• Help clients feel more confident from first conversation to closing

• Licensed real estate salespeople or brokers

• Serious about growing their real estate business
• Strong communicators
• Comfortable following systems and proven processes
• Interested in building trust-based client relationships
• Willing to learn CRM, marketing, and client communication tools

Income Opportunity
Expected annual payout is $100,000+ , depending on your market, production, average sales price, and consistency.
