They have an application which is what this person will be helping develop and maintain, evaluating the performance of the self-driving car and creating training data for the self-driving car. Responsible for this application/create new data to make it better, as operations they have a lot of needs (need new action button for a car, updated screen, etc.) focused on helping them make better choices day to day.
Team structure: The manager will be their direct manager, the team is responsible for the technical strategy, team is around 30 people.

The contractor will work on a sprint, the manager will write the requirements and share that with the contractor. They will need to write an implementation plan before they do anything, do a code review, analyze it, discuss changes and plan/next steps. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and IT teams
