Project Manager – Hardware & Network Infrastructure

About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead and deliver hardware and network infrastructure projects across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience, a valid PMP certification, and a proven track record of successfully delivering network infrastructure and IT infrastructure projects.
This is a 100% remote position, with occasional travel within the United States as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hardware and network infrastructure projects.
- Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Lead cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Coordinate with network, infrastructure, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Maintain effective project governance and documentation.
- Provide regular project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Communicate project risks, issues, progress, and outcomes effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and support occasional travel to project locations across the USA.
Required Qualifications
- Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Mandatory
- 10+ years of Project Management experience – Mandatory
- Proven experience delivering Network Infrastructure projects – Mandatory
- Experience with hardware and IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing infrastructure:
- Deployments
- Upgrades
- Migrations
- Transformation initiatives
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and budget management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the USA approximately 4–6 times per year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise network infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with technical infrastructure, network engineering, or data center teams.
- Experience working with vendors and third-party technology providers.
- Experience in enterprise transformation or migration programs.
