About the Role
CheckAlt is seeking a motivated veteran to join our Foresight IT Veteran Program as an IT Technology Associate.
This is an entry-level technology opportunity designed specifically for veterans who are interested in building a career in information technology. No prior professional IT experience is required.
Our organization is approved to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program and supports veteran career-transition opportunities.
The role provides practical exposure to IT systems, technical support, cloud technologies, automation, cybersecurity fundamentals, and emerging AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Support basic IT systems, applications, and user requests.
- Assist with troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Support IT projects, documentation, and daily technology operations.
- Work with IT teams and business users to address technology-related needs.
- Learn and apply IT, cloud, automation, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Use approved AI and technology tools to support business and IT workflows.
- Follow company procedures related to information security and responsible technology use.
Training & Professional Development
The program provides hands-on training and professional development in areas including:
- IT fundamentals and technical support
