Job Overview
Phygital Grp
AI Professional – Agents, Automation & Growth Systems
Full-Time · Remote
About the Role
Phygital Grp is hiring a hands-on AI professional to design, build, and ship the AI systems that power our business — from autonomous agents and internal software to CRM automations and marketing/sales tooling. This is a builder role: you'll move from idea to working product, owning projects end to end rather than handing off to someone else.
What You'll Do
- Design and build AI agents that automate real workflows across sales, marketing, and operations
- Develop custom software and internal tools that integrate AI into day-to-day business processes
- Build and maintain CRM automations — lead routing, scoring, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting
- Create AI-powered sales and marketing tools (outreach automation, content generation, lead qualification, personalization at scale)
- Integrate AI models and APIs (LLMs, embeddings, voice, etc.) into existing platforms and workflows
- Prototype quickly, test with real users, and iterate based on what actually moves the needle
- Evaluate and stand up new AI tools, frameworks, and platforms as the space evolves
- Document systems and train team members on new AI-driven workflows
What You Bring
- Proven experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications (production, not just prototypes)
- Strong software development skills — comfortable owning a build from architecture to deployment
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) and building automations within them
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing workflows and how AI can improve conversion, speed, and personalization
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make), and modern dev tooling
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and ship in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical systems to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with voice AI / conversational agents
- Background in growth, demand gen, or revenue operations
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Prior experience in an early-stage or fast-scaling company
What Phygital Grp Offers
- Full-time, fully remote role with flexible hours
- High ownership — you'll shape how AI is used across the company, not just execute tickets
- Direct access to leadership and fast decision-making
- Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote

Tips for Your Remote Staff AI Product Manager Job Search
Show your async product leadership style
Remote hiring managers want proof you can drive alignment without a whiteboard. Include writing samples, product specs, or PRDs in your application materials that show how you communicate decisions, surface trade-offs, and move distributed teams forward without synchronous meetings.
Target remote-first companies in AI-heavy sectors
Remote staff ai product manager roles cluster at companies that were built as distributed organizations, not ones adapting reluctantly. Focus your search on remote-first technology firms in enterprise software, fintech, and AI infrastructure, where the engineering culture already supports distributed product work.
Apply early to remote roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists remote staff ai product manager openings from across the U.S. in one place so you can find roles that match your background and apply directly. Remote roles close fast, so checking current listings and applying as soon as you find a strong match improves your chances.
Prepare for the remote interview format
Remote staff ai product manager interviews often include a written case study or async product critique sent before the live session. Practice structuring your AI product thinking in writing, not just verbally, so you can respond clearly under time pressure without the cues of an in-person setting.
Remote Staff AI Product Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote staff ai product manager job?
Remote staff ai product manager roles go to candidates who can demonstrate self-direction, structured written communication, and the ability to align distributed engineering and data science teams without in-person oversight. Remote-first companies screen heavily for async decision-making, clear product documentation, and experience shipping AI features on cross-functional teams. A portfolio of shipped AI products or features, combined with fluency in tools like Notion, Slack, and JIRA, gives you a clear edge.
Which companies hire remote staff ai product managers?
Employers currently hiring remote staff ai product managers include CVS Health, ServiceNow, and Angi, per current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Remote-first technology companies and distributed teams in enterprise software, fintech, and AI infrastructure are the most consistent hirers of this role.
Can you get a remote staff ai product manager job with no experience?
Yes, but remote entry-level staff ai product manager roles are harder to land because employers expect you to operate with minimal supervision from day one. Early-career candidates can stand out by contributing to open-source AI projects, building a documented product case study, or moving up from an associate PM role at a remote-first company where they already have visibility into AI workflows.
Do you need a degree for remote staff ai product manager jobs?
Not always. Remote employers hiring at the staff level weigh demonstrated AI product judgment, a history of shipping models or data-driven features, and strong written communication skills alongside or instead of a formal degree. Candidates who can show measurable product outcomes and technical fluency with ML pipelines routinely compete with degree holders for remote staff ai product manager openings.
Which industries hire the most remote staff ai product managers?
Remote staff ai product manager roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Education, and Banking & Financial Services, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Those sectors hire staff ai product managers remotely because their engineering and data science organizations are already built on distributed teams that ship AI-driven products across time zones.
