- IBM z/OS / MVS Systems Programming – strong hands-on experience
- SMP/E – software installation, maintenance, upgrades, and support
- Mainframe software installation and administration
- JCL and ISPF/TSO
- VTAM and TCP/IP
- IBM Connect
- CA Session Manager and CA Spool
- Mainframe systems infrastructure, architecture, and design
- BMC AMI tools such as AMI OPS Automation, AMI OPS Monitors, or AMI Output Management
- Technical leadership, project/program management, and stakeholder communication.
