We are currently seeking an Associate Market Research Assistant. This position is an entry-level qualitative research support position.

Purpose of the Role provides operational coordination and project management support to the Department Manager, Project Directors/Moderators, Account Executives, and project teams throughout the lifecycle of qualitative and quantitative market research projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project execution, communications, logistics, recruitment, vendors, documentation, financial administration, and quality control to support successful project delivery. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to help ensure projects are executed efficiently, accurately, on time, and within budget. Because Culturati operates in a dynamic, client-service environment, this position is expected to adapt to changing client needs, project priorities, business demands, operational processes, technology platforms, and company-approved AI-enabled tools while maintaining professionalism, collaboration, organization, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

The primary responsibilities of this role include: Assist in the coordination of market research projects. Includes scheduling facilities and research venues, scheduling online interviews, communicating with suppliers such as market research recruiters, interpreters, market research facilities, and maintaining detailed records of project status. Under supervision, develop screeners for market research recruitment and help prepare materials for research. Assist as necessary in secondary research, primary research analysis and in the preparation of client reports/presentations. Perform other office support duties as assigned.

Background, experience and skills required include: B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Sociology/Psychology, Anthropology, Mathematics/Science, or related field. Minimum of five years of professional experience in the U.S. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, able to plan ahead and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in PowerPoint. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and possess experience working alone and in a team environment. Video editing skills are a plus! Bilingual a plus! Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour
