Revenue Analyst Jobs in Chicago: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a revenue analyst job in Chicago?
Focus your search on the Loop's financial firms, River North's corporate headquarters, and the growing healthcare systems anchored in Streeterville and the Medical District. Chicago's revenue analyst market rewards candidates who can work with ERP systems and demonstrate pricing or forecasting experience. Targeting mid-size companies in SaaS, insurance, and professional services alongside the large banks gives you the widest pool of realistic openings in this city.
Which companies hire revenue analysts in Chicago?
Chicago revenue analyst roles are posted by Huron Consulting, Okta, and Hopper and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Chicago's mix of Fortune 500 headquarters, large regional health systems, and a dense mid-market professional services sector means openings appear across a wide range of employer sizes and industries.
Are there remote revenue analyst jobs in Chicago?
Yes, though availability depends on the role's focus. Revenue analyst work is desk-based and analytical, making it more remote-friendly than many finance positions, but roles tied to close coordination with sales or operations teams tend to require in-office days. About 48% of revenue analyst openings tied to Chicago are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with fully remote roles most common at technology and SaaS employers headquartered downtown.
How can I get a revenue analyst job in Chicago with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Chicago is starting in a financial analyst, billing coordinator, or operations analyst role at one of the city's many mid-size healthcare systems, insurance carriers, or B2B software companies, then transitioning once you have hands-on forecasting or revenue reporting experience. Chicago's dense professional services sector and large nonprofit healthcare employers regularly hire junior analysts willing to build foundational skills, and completing an Excel or SQL certification noticeably strengthens applications at that level.
Which industries hire the most revenue analysts in Chicago?
The sectors hiring the most revenue analysts in Chicago are Consulting & Professional Services, Technology & Software, and Healthcare & Medical Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Chicago's position as a national hub for commodities trading, insurance, and corporate banking, combined with a rapidly expanding life sciences and SaaS corridor along the Fulton Market District, keeps consistent demand for revenue analysts across those industries.
