Duties
- Creates new accounts for Digital Marketing, Document Cloud and Creative Cloud customers, links solution account to cloud organizations, enables features and user access, adds/removes product context, performing product context upgrades/renewals, suspensions and account termination
- Reviews contracts to ensure fulfillment requests are accurate, supportable and viable for provisioning
- Develops and implements provisioning guidelines, improved work instructions to ensure that designated requests are fulfilled properly
- Builds and sustains positive relationships, liaises with a range of stakeholders both externally and internally within the Product Delivery Operations Group, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management, Marketing team
- Monitors daily requests and prioritizes tasks, keeps self and others well informed on issues that may affect the work progress
- Manages the coordination of multiple requests; analyzes and interprets data to inform decision makers; selects the best option from a range of potential solutions for key problems
- Completes requests in Service Level Agreement, tracks and fulfills backlog, offers guidance to requestors
- Draws information from diverse sources and uses experience to analyze the information, works within the guidelines to perform proper provisioning
- Manages and maintains SharePoint accurate databases and internal dashboards
- Ensures Transfer billing; performs billing ID remaps based on request, tracks billing changes, uploads and remaps new IDs
- Maintains a close relationship with the Program Management Team in order to support daily provisioning and deal with out of the normal process requests, exceptions
- Operates in a professional manner when representing the organization both internally and externally
The candidate will be on a 30-day probationary period
Skills
Candidate must be able to multitask, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be professional and have a positive attitude. Must be detail oriented and well organized with the ability to work under pressure. Need to possess strong problem solving skills and flexibility. Need to have an even temperament, with excellent work ethic and commitment.

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $54,500 -- $123,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
