DESCRIPTION
You will be developing revolutionary capabilities that leverage advanced AI to analyze, transform, test, and deploy code at scale. Working at the intersection of generative AI and cloud computing, you'll help create solutions that dramatically reduce the complexity of code modernization while enabling customers to fully leverage AWS's extensive service catalog.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the definition and delivery of services and tools that help enterprises and system integrators automate the modernization of their code assets.
- Identify new product opportunities and write their business proposals.
- Drive the coordination and clear communication of a multi-product roadmap, working across multiple groups.
- Work with engineering and design teams to define fast-paced, but realistic schedules.
- Create the pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Enable the sales team with product training and collateral.
- Create and drive a community engagement plan.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space experience
- 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
- 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
- Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
